Does this payroll solution support companies with more than 100 employees?
At this stage, our focus is on 1 to 100 headcount companies. However, larger enterprises interested in this payroll model can reach out to us. For companies with 1,000+ employees, pricing and feasibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
What payroll reports are included in this solution?
We provide a standard set of 15 payroll reports, including Payroll detail report, Year-to-date report, Bank listing report, Reconciliation report, Payroll summary reports.
Can I customize payroll reports?
No, payroll reports cannot be customized through the interface. However, pay item names can be modified by the admin user via the platform.
Does this payroll solution support multiple payroll cycles and late instructions?
Yes, the system allows admin users to manage multiple payroll cycles and late instruction cycles directly through the interface.
Does this solution offer automatic salary disbursement?
No, auto salary disbursement is not included as a standard feature. However, businesses that require this function can opt for an add-on service at an additional cost.
Does the system automatically handle statutory filing?
No, auto statutory filing is not included as a standard feature. However, we provide statutory reports based on local compliance requirements, which businesses can download and submit manually. Auto statutory filing is available as an add-on service.
How does implementation work?
Our implementation process includes migration of employee data and payroll history. Parallel runs or test runs are not included. If a client requires a parallel run, it will be charged as an additional one-month payroll fee per testing month.
How does billing work?
We offer two billing models: Monthly Billing: Charged post-payroll processing, based on the previous month’s processed headcount. Annual Billing: Charged upfront based on the client’s current headcount for 12 months. Any additional headcounts processed will be billed at the end of the billing period.
How do I get customer support?
Support requests must be submitted through our platform. Email support is not available.
