Does this payroll solution support companies with more than 100 employees?
Yes, our solution is not limited by headcount. While we primarily serve businesses with 1 to 100 employees, larger enterprises can also benefit from our scalable SaaS payroll model. For companies with 1,000+ employees, we offer customized pricing and feasibility assessments on a case-by-case basis.
What payroll reports are included in this solution?
We provide a standard set of 15 payroll reports, including Payroll detail report, Year-to-date report, Bank listing report, Reconciliation report, Payroll summary reports.
Can I customize payroll reports?
No, payroll reports cannot be customized through the interface. However, pay item names can be modified by the admin user via the platform.
Does this payroll solution support multiple payroll cycles?
Yes, the system allows admin users to manage multiple payroll cycles directly through the interface.
Does this solution offer automatic salary disbursement?
Yes – through our AutoWage add-on service, available in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. AutoWage enables fully automated salary disbursement, seamlessly executing payments in the backend without the need for manual transactions via banking portals.
For locations where AutoWage is not currently supported, clients can easily generate compliant bank files from our system and upload them through their respective banking portals to complete salary payments.
Does the system automatically handle statutory filing?
Our system generates compliant statutory reports for manual submission by default. For businesses seeking greater convenience, our AutoFiling feature is available as an add-on. This service automates statutory filings in select regions — for example, filing CPF in Singapore before the statutory deadline, and MPF in Hong Kong for clients using HSBC, AIA, or Hang Seng trustees.
How does implementation work?
Our implementation process includes migration of employee data and payroll history. Parallel runs or test runs are not included. If a client requires a parallel run, it will be charged as an additional one-month payroll fee per testing month.
How does billing work?
We offer two billing models: Monthly Billing: Charged post-payroll processing, based on the previous month’s processed headcount. Annual Billing: Charged upfront based on the client’s current headcount for 12 months. Any additional headcounts processed will be billed at the end of the billing period.
How do I get customer support?
